<li><strong>4-5 carotfi fierti;</strong></li>
<li><strong>300g de ciuperci din conserva;</strong></li>

<li>2 linguri de ulei;</li>
<li>300g de sunca presata sau Jambon;</li>
<li>patrunjel;</li>
<li>1 ceapa;</li>
<li>5 fire de patrunjel;</li>
<li>1 rosie;</li>
<li>1 lingura de faina;</li>
<li>500g de mazare pastai;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>SOS AUXILIAR:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>50ml pasta de tomate;</li>
<li>200ml de iaurt natur;</li>
<li>1 lingurita-mocca de zeama de lamaie;</li>
<li>marar proaspat;</li>
<li>condiment busuioc;</li>
<li>1 ceapa;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>MOD DE PREPARARE:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span class="content">1 ceapa taiata felii se inabusa in ulei si se adauga ciupercile. Se lasa pina scade apa. Se adauga faina amestecata cu apa rece, rosia taiata felii, curatata de pielita si seminte si rozmarinul si patrunjelul. Se potriveste de sare. Se lasa sa fiarba pina ce scade. (Aceasta tocanita de ciuperci nu trebuie sa contina multa zeama, altfel totul devine prea apos!)</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Cartofii se macina si se amesteca cu tocanita de ciuperci, pana ce se formeaza o pasta/umplutura.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Fiecare bucata de sunca presata (Jambonul se taie in felii subtiri si mari) se umlpe cu umplutura obtinuta mai intainte, apoi se ruleaza, formand niste rulouri de sunca.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Se fierb cele 500g de pastai de mazare in apa. (Daca nu va place nesarat, puteti pune sare in apa, dupa experienta.)</p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><strong>SOS AUXILIAR:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Iaurtul se amesteca cu zeama de lamaie, condimentul de busuioc si pasta de tomate si piper. Ceapa se macina sau se taie foarte marunt. Mararul se taie foarte marunt. Se amesteca ceapa si mararul cu continutul iaurtului si se pune foarte putina sare.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><strong>SERVIRE:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Rulourile de sunca se orneaza din belsug cu sosul auxiliar preparat din iaurt si se serveste alaturi de mazarea fiarta.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><strong>POFTA BUNA!</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:left;">NOTA: Rulourile de sunca se pot inveli in pesmet.</p>

<p><strong>INGREDIENTE:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>500g paste &#8220;spirale tricolore&#8221; (Monte Banato, etc.);</li>
<li>250g-300g branza telemea mai fainoasa, nu foarte sarata;</li>
<li>400g jambon / sunca nu foarte grasa;</li>
<li>2 castraveti murati (8cm-10cm);</li>
<li>maioneza &#8211; cat pentru 500g de paste (sa fie sarata!!!);</li>
<li>5 linguri de iaurt natur.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>MOD DE PREPARARE:</strong></p>
<p>Se fierb pastele. Se pun intr-un bol mare de sticla sau plastic rezistent la caldura. Branza, castravetii si jambonul sa tau cubulete. Se prepara maioneza. Se toarna maioneza peste paste, in bol. Se amesteca cu o lingura de lemn sau de plastic. Se adauga cele 5 linguri de iaurt si se amesteca din nou. Se adauga in bol cubuletele de jambon, telemea si castraveti, dupa care se amesteca bine, iarasi, pana continutul se distribuie uniform. Se tine in frigider cca. 40 min.</p>
